What this website stores
Your membership record contains your name, email, password hash, optional contact details, club number, handicap and note, and its approval status. Club records may also include membership periods, charges and recorded payments, competition and loyalty points, benefit redemptions and verified community service. Digital section cards use a random verification code; public checks reveal validity only, while committee administrators can see identity. Event records may include attendance and team assignment. Import snapshots are kept privately for recovery. Sponsor contacts and donor records are private to administrators. The site also stores event registrations, assigned tee times and published member results. Passwords and private recovery codes are stored as hashes.
Who can see it
Club administrators review applications and manage membership and fixtures. Approved members see the private club results, including names and scores. Your email address, application note and club number are not published to other members. Public gallery photographs are added by administrators with confirmation of permission.
Sessions and protection
A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in and protects forms. This site does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Rate-limit records store hashed identifiers and expire automatically. Administrators’ actions are recorded for accountability.
Your choices
You can update your name and handicap, change your password and cancel event registrations from your clubhouse. Speak to the Seniors Golf committee at Alexandria Sporting Club to request access to your records, correct account details, withdraw an application or request removal. Account and club records are kept while needed to operate the community; requests for removal are reviewed by the committee.
Applications and communications
Applying here does not purchase club membership. Online access requires committee approval. Email notifications are not enabled; check your status by signing in. Keep your recovery code somewhere private. It is needed for self-service password recovery.
